Alright, so by making it I mean, tipped the frozen stuff into hot water and boiled it, but i've never done that before so I am feeling a little gourmet. I did at least make the sauce; lamb ragu; not too bad even if I do say so myself.
One day though, I am going to make this from scratch - Beetroot Gnocchi with Pistachio, Basil and Rocket pesto.
