I heard a commentator describe Stephanie Rice's parents thusly and it made my heart swell too, so I can just imagine how it would feel for them, after years of support and encouragement and early morning drives to swimming training, to actually see it all pay off.PS. I hope that she and Eamon Sullivan are just "taking a break" to get the media off their backs for the Olympics. They were so cute together.

Yeah, they were very cute together. Agreed. However, I wish she'd get rid of those cheap neon earrings for her photo ops. Methinks she'll regret that choice when she looks back on all the photos in later years.
I love the Olympics!!!! I don't want them to end!!!
